Like most, I was shocked by Dr M's decision to join the Bersih 4 rally at the Dataran Merdeka yesterday. Shocked because this was so unlike the man I thought I knew. For years, Dr M had been consistent in his stand that street demonstrations were not our culture, not the way forward. He even called Bersih supporters "keldai" (mules or donkeys) and "bodoh".I wouldn't put words into the Tun's mouth. Never.
